Data deletion: Instagram replies

You can ask us to delete the data our messaging tool holds about you: your Instagram user ID and username, your comment or reply text, the log of messages we sent you and your link statistics.

How to ask

1. Send an email to info@kofifootball.com with the subject "Delete my Instagram reply data".
2. Include your Instagram username, so we can find your records.
3. If it is not clear that the account is yours, we may ask you to send a message from it to @kofifootball.

What happens next

We delete your records and confirm by email within one month. Backups holding older copies are overwritten within 14 days. Data that Meta holds about you stays under Meta's own policy, which you can manage in your Instagram settings.
